The amazing thing is that with those deals I paid under $30,000 for the homes. Where else but in real estate investing can you expect returns of over 100% in under 60 days. Using real estate middleman techniques I have made $9,000 in under 3 days and 20 minutes worth of work. That is why I love being in the middleman business.
